Isiah Builds Text me

Founding client offer · 5 spots · ATX based, working everywhere

I'm building 5 local businesses a website. Free.

Not a trial and not a template — a real custom site like the five below, launched on your domain, that you own outright. The build costs you nothing. What I want instead is an honest review and the right to post the before/after. I'd rather earn five real case studies than ask you to gamble on a stranger's promises.

  • $0 for the build — you own it
  • Days not months to launch
  • 5 spots, then it's paid
  • 1 builder, start to finish

The deal

Free is the strategy, not the bait.

I could tell you my sites get results, or I could go prove it on yours. Five founding businesses get the full build free; I get results worth showing the next hundred. After these five it's paid work — so right now the trade is lopsided in your favour.

  1. Text me about the business

What you do, where you work, how customers reach you today. A few messages covers it — no scheduled call, no discovery deck.

  2. I build it — free, and first

Within days you get a live link to your real website: your name, your services, your city. Not a mockup, not an invoice.

  3. We launch on your domain

Real photos, real pricing, booking wired up. You own the domain, the files and the accounts — all of it. Not for you? Walk away, you've spent fifteen minutes.

  4. The trade, in plain terms

Once it's live and working: an honest review, and permission to post the before/after. That's the whole price. And when you're ready to grow past the website — ads, content, more bookings — I'll already know your business inside out.

Sound familiar?

The website is the one thing
you keep putting off.

These are the exact things owners tell me. If any of them stings, that's the fixable part.

  • Customers text "how much?" because your prices are nowhere
  • Your only web presence is an Instagram bio or a Linktree
  • The site you paid for years ago embarrasses you now
  • People find you on Google and have no way to book
  • A freelancer took the deposit and disappeared
  • You know it costs you jobs — you just haven't had time

The work

Five niches. Five different sites.

Each one is built around what that trade actually sells on — a price list, a claim deadline, a short menu — not one template with a new logo dropped in.

Built like the trades sites that actually convert: the quote form lives inside a split-screen hero, a sticky call bar owns mobile, and per-square-foot rates are published instead of hidden behind “call for quote”.

Lumen Aesthetics

Every med spa site shouts. This one is a quiet curated shop: an arch-cropped hero, a slow ticker, and treatments on a horizontally browsed shelf with plain pricing.

Ironhide Roofing

Roofing is sold on a clock, so the claim window is a filmstrip you drag through — date of loss to policy deadline. Proof strip above the fold, sticky emergency bar on mobile.

Honest label: these five are concept builds for fictional businesses, made to show range — and every one says so on its own page. Client builds with real results will replace them here as they ship. That's the build-first offer working in public.

Why me

Most designers sell you a look.
I'm selling a phone that rings.

Built to convert, not decorate

Every section exists to move a visitor toward calling or booking. Published prices, forms where thumbs are, one dominant action per page.

Your trade, not a template

A roofer sells urgency, a restaurant sells a menu, a clinic sells trust. The structure changes per business — scroll the five above if you don't believe me.

Fast because it's my whole stack

No agency layers, no project managers, no six-week discovery phase. You talk to the person building it, and it ships in days.

Honest by default

No invented reviews, no fake counters, no claims I can't back. Your site gets the same treatment — real numbers or none.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Free? What does it actually cost me?

The build is free for the five founding businesses. Your only genuine cost is the domain — about $12 a year, in your name — since hosting for a site like this is free. Once the five spots are gone, the same build is a flat quoted rate.

How fast is "fast"?

The first working version of your site typically lands in days, not weeks — that's the version you judge before paying. Going live after that is usually within the week, mostly depending on how quickly your photos and details come through.

Okay — what's the catch?

Stated up front: an honest review once it's live, and permission to post the before/after as a case study. That's it. Five real results are worth more to me right now than five invoices, and you're the one who ends up with a website out of that maths.

Do you handle hosting and the domain?

Yes — I set up hosting, connect your domain, and wire up whatever booking tool you already use. You own everything: the domain, the files, the accounts.

What happens after launch?

Edits are free for the first month. After that, small changes are cheap and quoted per request. And if you want help turning the site into actual bookings — ads, content, follow-up — that's the direction I'm building toward, and founding clients get first refusal.

Can you redesign my existing site?

That's most of what I do. Send me the link — the before/after is usually the easiest sales pitch I have.

Start a build

Five spots. Then it's paid.

Text me what your business does. That's the whole application. I'll ask a couple of questions and start building — you'll be judging a working link within days.

  • Yes if you're an operating business with real customers today
  • Yes if you can get me your photos and details inside a week
  • Yes if you'll leave an honest review when it's live — good or bad
  • No if it's an idea you haven't started yet
